Pacers Wrap Up

Pacers beat the Magic in a game I didn't think they would win, and win going away. It was a tale of two halves as the Pacers were down by 3 at halftime, and just looked out of sync. I didn't watch the rest of the game as I was busying watching the Royal Rumble, but I got game updates, and my brother said after the third quarter Pacers are up 80-68, to which I said no they are not. I didn't think that the way the Pacers finished that first half, there was any way they would turn around and claim a 14 point lead.  Maybe a small lead, and maybe steal a win only being down 3.  But it's a hard game to wrap my head around.  

This week was an up and down one for the Pacers as well, and maybe it's said best when you think this season is just going to be odd from time to time.  I talked about it in the podcast over the weekend, but the Pacers beat the Lakers, Bulls, and now the Magic all on the road to get wins. But lost to that same Magic team at home by 19.  And lost to the Celtics on their home floor after beating that same Celtics team by double digits two times already.  Just a weird week.  This team can turn it on it seems when it needs to, so I say turn it into overdrive and make a push for the division title.  I don't think that's too far out of the realm of thinking as I've seen what this Pacers team can do.  Have your expectations changed for the Pacers as they've shown flashes of being better than we expected?
