Pacers go down in Detroit: 96-88

David West Looks to Score
Another game, another night of shooting under 40%.  The previous three the Pacers had won those games, but it didn't happen last night. A slow start and getting down by 18 at one point was too much to overcome.  And getting beat by Jonas Jerebko, who got 20 points and 12 rebounds. I had to look at his name a few times to spell it, and I still have no idea who he is.  The Pacers have a tendency to do that, a random player has a career night against them.  But still not a good night at the office for the boys in blue and gold.  Coming off the overtime win, and making it to Detriot late in the morning might have affected some of the guys. I hate to see what happens when the team plays back to back to back, but that's for another date.  Still good things to talk about was Darren Collison had a good game getting 15 points and 5 rebounds.  George Hill got scoring putting up 16 points.  Seems like each game someone has stepped up their game, now everyone has to step up at the same time.  The rebounding numbers were down, which was a calling card in the previous efforts.  Time to get that back up and going.  The biggest improvement has to come in shooting. Make good choices about shots, and hopefully those shots start falling.  The Pacers are off today, and play in New Jersey on Monday night, so a good way to get back on the winning track.
